Last updated: 5 October 2026

1. Overview

Welcome to Glixor.

Glixor is operated by Husnain G Services Ltd (“Glixor”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Returns & Refund Policy

  • Shipping Policy

  • Cookie Policy

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account and login details secure.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

However:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device

  • Natural materials such as wood or natural fibres may have minor variations

  • Product packaging may occasionally change

  • Measurements may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances

These variations do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, materially misdescribed or not fit for purpose.

We may change, discontinue or limit products at any time.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete checkout.

As we are not currently VAT registered, our displayed prices do not include separately charged UK VAT.

We may change prices, promotions and discounts at any time, but this will not normally affect orders already accepted.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation email.

An order is accepted when we confirm that we have accepted and/or dispatched it.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • There is an obvious pricing or description error

  • Payment is unsuccessful

  • We reasonably suspect fraud

  • We cannot deliver to the address provided

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment services may be provided by Shopify Payments, PayPal or other authorised payment providers.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused solely by your bank or payment provider.

8. Delivery

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the stated timeframe.

If there is a significant delay, please contact us so we can investigate.

9. Risk and Ownership

For consumer orders, goods generally remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person you have identified to receive them.

An exception may apply where you independently arrange your own carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option.

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered, subject to applicable law.

10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your rights to cancel, return or obtain a refund are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Our policy is intended to operate alongside your rights under UK consumer law and does not replace or restrict those rights.

Where applicable, consumers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights.

Faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

11. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Goods supplied to consumers must meet applicable legal requirements, including being:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for their intended purpose where applicable

  • As described

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, materially misdescribed or incorrect, please contact us.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory remedies.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time we may offer:

  • Discount codes

  • Multibuy offers

  • Free delivery promotions

  • Seasonal offers

  • Bundle discounts

Promotions may have their own terms, including expiry dates, minimum order values, eligible products and usage limits.

Where separate promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

  • Glixor branding

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Breach of statutory consumer rights

  • Faulty or misdescribed goods where liability cannot lawfully be excluded

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.

Where you are purchasing as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

19. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Industrial action

  • Transport disruption

  • Government action

  • Cyber incidents outside our reasonable control

Where possible, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.

You must not use our website:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To commit fraud

  • To introduce viruses or malicious software

  • To attempt unauthorised access

  • To interfere with website security

  • To scrape or extract data in a way that breaches applicable law or our rights

  • To impersonate another person

  • To infringe intellectual property rights

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or our business.

21. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review that policy for information about:

  • The information we collect

  • How we use it

  • Cookies

  • Marketing

  • Data sharing

  • Your privacy rights

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on our website with the updated revision date.

Changes will not normally affect contracts already entered into unless required by law or otherwise agreed.

23. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

24. Governing Law

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by applicable UK law.

Where the business and customer are located in England or Wales, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Nothing in this section removes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
